Scouting is a volunteer organisation and relies on the dedication of adults who make up the leadership and executive committee of our group. 

We believe in flexible volunteering and there are a number of roles available all with varying degrees of commitment. Our current leaders are all fun social people with busy lives both inside and out of Scouting. We understand that everyone has different commitments but ultimately we all have a great time making 1st Burford the rewarding group it is. By making it fun for the young people we make it fun for ourselves in the process.
