Apply to our joining list
Once you’ve filled in the form we’ll add your child to our waiting list and check if there’s room in the section you’ve requested. If there is then a volunteer will be in touch to offer a place and let you know when you can start. If you accept the place, then we’ll transfer your details to that section and your child can join 1st Burford.

To complete your child’s registration, please ensure you have the following details ready when applying:
Child’s Personal Details
- Full legal name & preferred name
- Date of birth
- Home address & post code
Medical & Emergency Contacts
- Primary & secondary parent/guardian contact numbers
- Emergency contact details
- Medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements
- Photo consent & accessibility needs
